At All-American Driver Training - National Driver Training, we value you as a customer. We also share your concerns about privacy. This notice is to explain how we treat personal information ("customer information") that is not public. This is information that we obtain from you or other sources when we provide you with products and services.

We want you to know that: we respect your privacy; and we protect your information.

  • We do not sell customer information
  • We do not share your information with: persons; companies; or organizations outside of AADT/NDT that would use that information to contact you about their products and services.
  • We expect persons or organizations that provide services on our behalf to keep your information confidential. We also expect them to use your information only to provide the services we've asked them to perform.
  • We communicate to our employees about the need to protect your information. We have established safeguards to protect this information.

Our goal is to provide you with quality and value -- to include materials, support and service to you. We trust that you will be pleased with your enrollment in our Wisconsin Act #173 training/education program. We strongly encourage you to look over all of the materials carefully and direct any questions about the program to one of our company representatives immediately. If you wish to return your program we expect the following from you:

  • First, call our Technical Support Department and talk through your concerns with one of our representatives.
  • Second, recognize that our company provides you with 9 hour (8:00 - 5:00 MST) telephone support (M-F) to ensure your success with this program.
  • Third, be certain our company representative has approved your decision to return the program for some portion of your enrollment fee. Receive and record an Authorization Return Number, the date, time and representative's name.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

If you are not satisfied with your driver education program, you may be eligible for a refund. In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 15 days of your enrollment and tell us why you would like a refund. Your refund amount will be the program fees only. Tuition and enrollment fees will not be refunded. Tuition and enrollment fees are 25.00 per program.

Refunds will NOT be issued after 15 days of enrollment.  Additionally, you are not eligible for a refund if we issue you any certificates of completion, affidavits of completion, or other qualifying forms for a permit or license.

This program is not eligible for a refund if the student has completed 1 or more hours.

Note:  There will be a 30-day processing period for all approved return requests.
